Last Few Hours As An Early Twenties Chick

At the strike of midnight, I will be 25. I still cannot believe that it's just around the corner. So why am I so bothered by this? Well I guess it's cause I'm starting to feel the pressure of the people around me. So many of my friends have partners, have gotten married and already have a few kids. I have neither of these. As much as I know I'm not ready to be in the position of getting married and having kids on the agenda, I'm feeling the pressure as the family have questioned when I will be giving them a baby to play with [it's been years since we've had a baby in the family. Our youngest is already 13, so I can understand them] Don't get me wrong though cause I absolutely love kids. I just don't think now is the right time to have one. I still want to travel the world - whether it be alone, with friends or my future boyfriend. *shrugs* I seriously don't know what's in stall for me with the whole partner department.

Guess I just have to wait and see!
For now I'm looking forward to my new job which I start at on Monday. Talk about great birthday present!
